Revolutionary Reentry Hub is powered by lived experience, collective wisdom, and an unshakable commitment to justice. Our board is composed entirely of individuals directly impacted by the criminal legal system, visionaries who carry more than 100 years of combined experience across every level of incarceration and the larger carceral apparatus. From local lockups to state facilities, from probation offices to policy reform campaigns, we’ve endured, we’ve led, and we’ve transformed.

But we are not defined by what we survived, we are defined by what we’ve built. As respected thought leaders, program developers, and credible messengers, we’ve dedicated our lives to turning our pain into purpose. We’ve mentored others behind the wall, launched reentry initiatives on the outside, and stood at the forefront of national conversations on justice, equity, and reintegration. Each of us has turned a chapter of personal hardship into a blueprint for communal healing.

What unites us is more than our past; it’s our shared commitment to serving historically marginalized communities, championing transformative justice, and contributing to a world where redemption is real and dignity is non-negotiable. We believe in abolition not just as an idea, but as a daily practice: breaking cycles, challenging systems, and building bridges to possibility.
